Would you like to assist at this youth & teen arts event?
It will be held on July 30th from 1-5pm as part of FHL Week in Indianapolis. We hope you can join us in participating in this exciting event for the youth & teens of the community. Attached is a flier that you may post at your work or church and/or share with your friends and family. Below is the schedule and a list of positions needed. Please contact me if you are interested in filling a position and/or assisting in another manner. Thank you so much for your prayers and support. God is doing amazing things with this event already!!

EVENT SCHEDULE
1:00 PM Welcome & Check-In
1:15 PM Start of Sessions
2:45 PM Snack Break
3:00 PM Sessions Continue
4:30 PM Performances
5:00 PM Presentation of Certificates
POSITIONS NEEDED (times listed for each)
Setup (1-2 people)
11:30am-12:30pm
Cleanup (1-2 people)
5:30-6:30pm
Team Helper (1 person for each group)
Assist teacher in running workshop
Blue Team (any age Improv) - 12:45-2:45pm
Orange Team (any age Character Development) - 2:30-4:30pm
Green Team (10-13 old Youth Choir) - 12:45-2:45pm FILLED
Red Team (14+ old Youth Choir) - 2:30-4:30pm FILLED
Assistants (1-2 people per shift)
Assist with managing arrival, break & conclusion
Welcome Shift - 12:30-1:30pm
Snack Shift - 2:30-3:30pm
Performance Shift - 4:30-5:30 pm
